The suspicions, Onyebuchi Okocha (Onyeze Jesus), Chidozie Nwangwu (Akwa Okuko) and Ekene Igboekweze (EKE Hit), were arrested about two months ago by the code of code code of the joint security team of Anambra.
Judicial proceedings have presented key witnesses statements, including ASP Kingsley Umeh, Inspector Effeiong Effeiong and Inspector Kelvin Ugwu, together with exhibitions such as images, CD plates and others.
However, they could not be accused after the first appearance like Jude Jude Obiorah, who chaired the session, adjusted the case to 11 April 2025, following the claim of the suspicions not to be adequately served.
Speaking, in an interview, one of the advice of the defendants, Mr. Remigus Okoli, said that it was necessary to adequately serve the suspicions, as well as giving them the appropriate time to prepare for the defense as enshrined in the Constitution and the relevant laws of the state.
But the advice of the state government led by FC Okeke, however, refused to speak with the media after the procedure.
