WAEC releases WASSCE 2024 results

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the results of the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) held in May.

The agency announced the release of the results in a post on its X account (formerly Twitter) on Monday.

However, WAEC did not mention the number of candidates who obtained the required credit passes in mathematics and English in the examination.

The post read: “The West African Examinations Council is pleased to inform candidates who sat for the 2024 WASSCE for school candidates that the results have been officially released today, Monday, 12th August 2024.”
