Afrobeats sensation Fireboy DML is set to captivate global audiences with his upcoming album, “Adedamola,” set to drop on Spotify on August 29.

Phiona Okumu, Spotify’s head of music for sub-Saharan Africa, announced the news in a statement on Wednesday.

Okumu expressed excitement about the album, stating, “With a huge and devoted following around the world, Fireboy DML’s music has resonated deeply with Spotify listeners, particularly those aged 23-34.

“Adedamola” promises to be a sonic journey that delves deeper into Fireboy DML’s artistry, fusing infectious melodies, heartfelt lyrics and catchy beats.
