He will be present at the Force Headquarters in Abuja with the NLC Secretary-General, Emma Ugboaja, on September 5.
Ajaero was also charged with committing acts that could lead to a breach of public order and damage to property.

The labor leader’s latest invitation comes just 24 hours after he honored a police invitation on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, terrorism financing, treason, subversion and cybercrime.
In a chat with journalists after leaving the Force Headquarters on Thursday, Ajaero said the NLC would not give in to external pressure to abandon the struggle for better living conditions for Nigerian workers.
