Lookman scores and assists in Atalanta’s win over Fiorentina

Ademola Lookman scored and also provided an assist to help Atalanta beat Fiorentina 3-2 in Serie A on Sunday.

The Nigeria international set up Mateo Retegui for Atalanta’s first goal before scoring the winner late in the first half.

It was Lookman’s first goal of the season for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side.

Lookman has been in fine form even on the international stage since the start of the season.

His goals contributed to the Super Eagles’ 3-0 win over Benin in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
