Usyk predicts Joshua will win IBF fight against Dubois tonight

Nigerian-born Anthony Joshua will win against Daniel Dubois, according to heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk’s prediction.

Usyk backs Joshua to beat Daniel Dubois in the IBF heavyweight world title fight scheduled to take place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night

Usyk vacated the IBF belt for Dubois, and the Ukrainian is confident two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua will beat Greenwich-born Dubois.

He told Sky Sports: “I think AJ. I respect both of those guys, but I’m predicting Anthony.

“Good. The IBF didn’t take my belt, I gave my belt to Anthony Joshua and Dubois.

“Because for me, what’s important is that my boxing can develop.”

After suffering back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk, Joshua has now won four straight fights as the former two-time unified heavyweight world champion looks to continue his resurgence.
