Enzo Zidane, the eldest son of football icon Zinedine Zidane, has retired from professional football at the age of 29.
According to reports from AS, Enzo made the decision to leave the sport after struggling to find his place in the football world and spending a season without a club.
His final team was Fuenlabrada, marking the final chapter of a career that began with high hopes, especially given his father’s legacy at Bordeaux.
Enzo, like his younger brothers, aspires to follow in his father’s footsteps and join Real Madrid’s youth academy.

He made a strong impression in the youth teams and Real Madrid C, and eventually broke into the reserve team, where he had two successful seasons.
In November 2016, his father, then Real Madrid manager, gave him a first-team debut in a Copa del Rey match against Cultural Leonesa at the Santiago Bernabeu, in which Enzo scored a memorable goal.
He left Real Madrid soon after that experience and had spells at Alaves, Lausanne Sports in New Zealand, Raya Majadahonda in Spain, Desportivo Aves, Almeria, Rodez and most recently Fuenlabrada.
Recently, Romeo Beckham, son of English legend David Beckham, also announced his retirement from football at the age of 22 to enter the world of fashion.
