The Premier League club in English, Southampton has confirmed the signature of Nigerian striker Victor Uudoh in an agreement of the deadline before the closing of the January transfer window on Monday night.
UDOH, 20, has signed a three and a half years contract with the Saints, waiting for international authorization.
Initially, Southampton will join the Sub-21 team while its development continues.

UDOH follows in the footsteps of other Nigerian players such as Alhassan Yusuf and Chidera Ejuke, who also moved from Antwerp in recent windows.
