The management of Adamawa State College of Health Technology (Adcht), Michika, Mubi, announced that they had started sales of their application forms for admission and all interested candidates can buy the request forms for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Online request begins on March 3, 2025 and closed on April 30, 2025 on the College admission portal.

Adamawa State College of Health Technology Eximity
- All national diploma / national diploma / diploma courses are five (5) credits in fundamental scientific subjects in Neco, Waec, GCE. In no more than two sessions, all certificate courses are four (4) assists which must include English and mathematics plus two scientific subjects (biology chemistry.
- Science of health or integrated science) and two passes in two other subjects of Neco, Waec, GCE, Grade II. or naeteb. In no more than two sessions
- Meanwhile, the following courses accept Neco, Waec, GCE. Grade II or Nabteb
- Diploma in nutrition and dietetics (NUD)
- Environmental Health Diploma (EVT) Diploma in Social Work (DSW) NB:
- Holders of Environmental Health Assistants (EHA), the Extension of the Junior Community Health Extension (JCHEW), a medical laboratory assistant (MLA), health education certificate (CHE / SPIPC) and pharmacy assistant (CAP) who have basic requirements for the diploma and one-year post-qualification experience can be admitted in 200 at HPC and EVT program.

- Your application ID and your username for connection are the standard number of your form. Print the request form for reference.
