While candidates try to print their 2025 JAM examination bulletins, many see a message on the portal that says:
“Please allow the contextual window for this browser site.”
Josh, one of the candidates, asked:
“What is the pop-up talking about?”
Here is the simple explanation.
What the pop-up message means
When you try to print your amount shift,
The portal must Open your shift in a new window or tab On your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera Mini, etc.).
This is called a contextual window.
If your browser blocks pop-ups,
You will not see your examination shift appear, even after clicking on “Print Slip”.
This is why Jamb asks you to Allow pop-ups for their site.
How to allow contextual windows on your browser
If you see the context message, follow these simple steps:
- Look at the right upper side of your browser.
- You will see a small warning as “blocked pop-up”.
- Click on it and select “Always allow pop-ups on this site.”
- Then recharge the page and click again on “Print Slip”.
After authorizing the contextual windows, your examination slip will open properly so that you can display, download or print.
Final advice
The context message is normal when you print your mounting examination shift.
You must allow contextual windows so that the shift can open on your device.
If you print with a phone and it doesn’t work,
You can try to go to a laptop or desktop computer for easier printing.
The UTME 2025 will officially start Thursday April 24, 2025.
All candidates are advised to print their shifts early and solve problems quickly to avoid last -minute stress.
