Obi revealed an online registration portal, ID card for ‘obidients’

The Labor Party (LP), Peter Obi, has launched the registration portal and online identity card for members ‘obidient movements’, both in the country and in the diaspora.

The National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, Dr. Yunusa Tanko and Director of Communication and Strategic Media, Nana Kazaure, who revealed this in a joint statement on Saturday, said the identity card would secure features such as the QR code for authentication and display the flag of the country where the holder lived.

“Obidient registration portal supports Nigerians and others who live in the Diaspora,” the statement said.

“You will observe that the ID has a flag on it. For example, if you do not live in Nigeria, the upper right corner will carry the flag of the country where you live.

“That way, we can all witness firsthand the manifestation of the spirit of diversity, friendship, and unity of our and how far the reach of the obidient of the message.

“Obx is constant on ID cards. The cards are pressed and Nigeria, all start with the same prefix, OBX.

“The QR code in the lower right corner is to authentate your cards, which can be scanned with QR scanners such as smartphones, to give obidients a safe and confident way to interact with each other.

“So, if you choose to support or do a business with obidient, you can scan the QR code or verify the OBX ID online to confirm that the person is who and what they say is truly and is who they really claim,” added the statement.
