The governor converts the new government house built for predecessor at the hotel (see pix)

The new government of the government inaugurated in May 2023 by the former Okezie Ikpeazu Governor of the State of Abia has been converted to the hotel.

According to his successor, dr. Alex Otti, the structure is a risk of security for its officials of his life and the government of the government because it was built within a private residential area.

The necessary structures are also missing.
The commissioner for information, Okey Kanu, who spoke on behalf of Otti, revealed that the structure does not have a functional elevator, while the interior of the upper floors was in ruins without the necessary structures.

“Only the first floor of the government’s house has been completed and furnished, while the upper ones are exposed to many structural defects despite enormous public funds spent in the project”.
