NNPC reports N5.8TR revenue for April

Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) recorded N5.89 trillion revenue in April.

The company also recorded profit after tax (PAT) N748 billion for the same period.

State-owned oil company revealed this in a new report entitled: ‘Summary of NNPC-April 2025 Limited Monthly Reports.

It pays a legal payment of N4.22 trillion between January and March.

“All financial numbers are temporary and not audited,” the report said.

NNPC said crude oil and condensate production averaged 1.60 million barrels per day (BPD) in April, while natural gas production was 7.47 million cubic feet standard every day.

The company clarifies that the numbers only reflect their operations and exclude data from independent operators reported by the Nigerian Hulu Oil Regulation Commission (NUPRC).

NNPC equally revealed that the availability of gasoline at its retail station reached 54 percent for a month, said that the reliability of upstream pipes was 97 percent.

According to the report, the Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben (OB3) gas pipeline project was 95 percent completed in the month, while the Pipe Ajauokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) was completed 70 percent.

NNPC said that his party collaborated with Ventura partners in April to increase sustainable production, and complete the implementation of the President’s direction and executive orders that were relevant to upstream operations.
