The goalkeeper of Chippa United of South Africa, Stanley Nwabali, is talking with a great sense of optimism about the possibilities of the qualification of the Super Eagles for the FIFA 2026 World Cup and believes that the Nigerian team will receive a ticket there in October, reports Sports247.
Although the Eagles enter the next return of the qualifiers in the fourth place at the qualification table of their group, Nwabali is of the opinion that the three times African champions will take the chestnut from the fire and invent the lost land with their last four games of the race.

Nwabali, who began his professional career with Go Round FC of Omuku in 2018 and joined Chippa United in 2022, admitted that the Eagles are not unbeatable, but believes that the determination will see them until the first World Cup that will be coanfacted by three countries.
The 29 -year -old shot, who also played previously for Bauchi’s Wikki tourist, Makurdi’s lobi stars, Ayimba de Aba and Katsina United, declared: “Despite our quality of players in Nigeria, we are not guaranteed to win every game, but we still have many opportunities to qualify.”
He concluded by stating that the Eagles will recover to calculate at the end of the campaign, since players cannot afford to lose two consecutive editions of the most glamorous football competition in the world.
“In spite of where we are currently in the registry, we still have many opportunities to qualify. We will still press in our next game. We will press in our four remaining games and we will see how things go there.” Nwabali declared.
Now he will admire the victory of the Eagles at home against Rwanda and out of South Africa in September, as well as the visitors of Lesotho and hosts of the Republic of Benin in October for the last phase of the qualifiers.
