NPFL: Plateau United ready to appoint Zubairu new chief coach

Aliyu Zubairu is about to replace Mbwas Mangut as technical advisor to Plateau United, Completsports.com.

According to reports, Zubairu is in conversations with the club to assume the role.

Mangut has a year left in his contract with Plateu United, but the club has decided to bring a new coach.

Zubairu recently announced his departure from another Premier Football League of Nigeria, NPFL, the El-Kanemi Warriors team.

The young tactic was in charge of the Maiduguri club for two years.

He is also the head coach of the U-20 team of Nigeria, the Flying Eagles.

Plateau United ended up in the seventh position at the NPFL table last season.
