Abdullahi, who plays as a left end, has earned a reputation in local competitions for his rhythm, drip and creativity skills in the last third. His coaches at Wan Agaa FC say that he has constantly stood out among his teammates with his commitment and hungry to succeed.
Speaking about the possible movement, Abdullahi expressed the hope that this opportunity will be the beginning of something much bigger.
“This movement means a lot to me,” he said. “I want to work hard and improve, so I can play at the highest level. One day, I want to represent Nigeria and appear in the FIFA Club World Cup. But each trip begins with a step, and this is mine.”
The FIFA Club World Cup, which will expand to 32 teams in 2025, has already seen several Nigerian players qualify with clubs such as Ain, FC Porto and Espérant de Tunisia. Abdullahi says that these examples have inspired him to believe that he can also reach that stage.
The coaches and followers in Wan Agara FC have expressed pride in their development and have wished him success abroad.
Abdullahi Muhammad is expected to officially firm with al-Khaburah FC and will begin training with the Omarian team before the new season begins.
His trip from Nasarawa’s local releases to international football can be starting.
