Discard the false news, George Akume remains the presidency of Nigeria –

Among the voices that are around, the presidency clarified that there is no change in the office of the secretary to the government of the Federation in Nigeria.

This was disclosed by the special consultant to the President for information and strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a late night declaration in Abuja.

Part of the declaration states: “There was no change in the state of his excellence, Senator George Akume, as secretary of the government of the Federation.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, currently in Saint Lucia, has not made new appointments.

“The information circulating on the replacement of Akume is not true. The agents of Malizia have made them.

“The presidency advises the Nigerians to ignore false news.”
