Muhannad Al-Lili: Palestinian footballer D! ES after injuries from the Israeli air attack

Muhannad Al-Lili, a Nadi player Khadamat Al-Maghazi Football Club, died of injuries suffered during an Israeli air attack that hit his family home in the Maghazi refugee camp, located in the center of Gaza.

His death brings the number of athletes killed in Gaza to 439, according to the sports journalist Leyla Hameed.

Al-Lili, who had recently married, was widely planted on social media, where the photos of the young athlete’s wedding circulated in homage to his memory.

“We offer a new athlete every day. We could be the next goal,” said Gaza’s footballer Mohammad Al-Sharif in a post on social media that announced the death of his colleague.
