Everton Winger reveals eligibility for Super Eagles after the key decision of the contract


The young end of Chelsea Coby Ebere has signed a new two -year agreement that keeps him in Everton until the summer of 2027, reports Owngoalnigeria.com.

Eberre, who signed his first professional contract in the club three years ago, joined the club at the age of 11 years progressing through the various youth rank to the U21.

“I am buzzing to extend my treatment, according to the fact that I had 18 difficult months,” Ebere told Evertonfc.com.

“It shows that the club has faith in me, and I know I can pay it.

“I really enjoyed being back in the field with the boys [in the second half of the season] And Taity has really been good with me, working in detail and taking me back to where I need to be.

“We have a large group of players in those under 21 and we hope we can show that.

“The goal is now to obtain as many games as possible and get closer to the first team I can.”

Meanwhile, in an interview last year, the 19 -year -old confirmed his eligibility for three separate countries at the upper level, but has not been limited at any level by any of the nations.

“I was born in Germany from Nigerian parents and grew in England. Therefore, playing for any of the previous countries is an option that I have, but to be honest I have not thought of any for now. My goal is to take the step to the main team of Everton,” he said.
