The Italian Serie A side, Napoli, has reached an agreement with Galatasary for the transfer of Nigeria Victor Osimhen’s international striker for a rate in the € 75 million region, reports Owngoalnigeria.com.
Both clubs have been locked in the negotiations during the last two days after the Nigerian chose the team as his preferred destination in front of the side of Saudi Al-Hilal Arabia. The conversations continued yesterday without a resolution.
Napoli insisted on obtaining a bank guarantee for the payment of the transfer rate after accepting that it is paid in installments. The Turkish side will pay 40 million euros in cash with the balance of 35 million euros that will be paid in installments over the next three years.
Galatasary agreed to provide Napoli with a bank guarantee letter and if he is well with the Italian side after a review, Osimhen will be able to travel to Estanbul for medical and subsequent consumption in a permanent agreement.
After a successful time on loan last season, it is expected to help the club retain the league and the cup they won last season, and it also does well in Europe after the disappointment in the Europa League last season.
