Onyeocha flag from golf kitten of Cancer to Obinze Cancer

The state commissioner IMO for sport, Hon. Obinna Onyeocha, on Saturday he reported the golf kitten to raise awareness on the Cancer held at the Arsenal Golf Club, Obinze, Imo State.

Speaking to the event, Onyeocha underlined the importance of teamwork, discipline and preparation both in sport and in the fight against cancer. He said that awareness acts from the game plan, screening such as defense and healthy life like the training routine necessary to reduce the risk of the disease.

He also stressed that early detection through regular medical checks offers the best survival possibilities, while the support of the community remains vital for the affected people.

The event attracted golfers, sports enthusiasts, health supporters and community leaders, who have combined sports with the defense for greater awareness of cancer throughout the state.
