OGUN SEALS 5 companies on “Assaults on law enforcement agents”

The state government of Ogun has sealed five Chinese companies and arrested some of his officials for “having attacked and inflicted physical damage to the agents of the police and to the official government officials during the execution of their official assignment”.

The companies operate around the Ogre Axis of the Lagos-Ibadan highway are DL Plastics Limited, Dyschenghan Plastics, SH Agricultural Limited, Beautiful Fiber Limited and Jincicai Nigeria Limited.

In ordering their seal, the special consultant of the Governor for the Environment and the CEO of the AGUN State Waste Management Authority (Ogwama), Hon Abayomi Hunye, said that the five companies mobilized, attacked and inflicted corporal damage for the officers of the police and the official government officials of the agency who were in their sequences to seal them after several invitations without first invitations.

“We have been in this case in the last six months. We sent them letters and we invited them to let them know what they did, but they refused to honor our invitation.

“Apart from these letters, our officials visited them severely but have refused to allow them.

“After all these efforts have proven abortion, we have glued the notices of intention to seal them in their premises, especially in their main and entry doors in the last three months hoping that this triggers them to honor our invitation.

“They still refused to come forward, so last week our officials sealing them by blocking the entrance doors. But with our surprise, they not only removed the order of the government, but broke the government chains used to close them.

“To enforce the previous estate order, the state officials in the company of the law enforcement agents went to their industries hours ago. However, they met the attack of the crowd by their workers who attacked and inflicted physical damage to the police and the official government officials, who were all hurry up in the hospital in this way by preventing them from carrying out their legal duties, but with the intention of damaging them,” said Hunye.
