Thousands of Hands Over Housewives are saved, confirming the arrest of the alleged killer of Pahkala members

National Security Advisor (NSA), Mallam Nuhu thousand, on Tuesday handed over two kidnapped people who were saved by security institutions to their families in the State of Kaduna.

NSA added that the victims were kidnapped on August 18, in Makarfi, Kaduna state and detained in the Yadi forest, the Giwa regional area in the state.

Thousands said: “While in captivity, Khadijah gave birth to a baby girl, Hafsat, in a very hard condition.

“For 33 terrible days, these women experienced unimaginable difficulties.

“The kidnappers demanded ₦ 500 million, then reduced to ₦ 200 million. However, through dialogue and intelligence, we secure their release without ransom.

“The victims were rescued on September 19 and were officially handed over to representatives of the Kaduna state government for further reunification with their families.”

NSA also revealed that security agents arrested several suspects, including Ibrahim Mohammed, alias Alaye, and Adamu Mohammed, related to armed robbery, kidnapping, and several murder in the north.

He said the gang was behind the murder of a member of a parliament in Gareywa and the murder of a division police officer in Gwagwalda, Abuja, with their criminal network across the states of Delta, Kaduna, Kano and Nasarawa.

“This operation is proof that Nigeria’s counter-terrorism strategies give results. But our biggest weapons remain unity and resilience as humans,” he said,
