Remo Stars regulates clashes with sunset in the CafCl race

One of Nigeria’s representatives in the CAF Champions League, Remo Stars has succeeded in advanced to the next stage from the initial round.

The team will now face the sunset Mamelodi South Africa in a promising tie to be tough.

Remo Stars reached the second round of the group stage qualifying series after the 5-0 aggregate victory over US Zilimadjou from Comoros.

Nigeria’s side sealed a 1-0 victory over us Zilimadjou in the second leg of their preliminary round tie in Abeokuta on Friday.

The first half ended 0-0, but Sky Blue Stars scored a winning goal from Alex Oyowah 17 minutes from time.
