Adelani opened the scoring in the 5th minute with a brilliant finish, setting the tone for a dominant Spartak Pleven performance and marking a memorable milestone in his European career.
The Nigerian attacker arrived in Europe in November last year after signing for Botev Plovdiv, before being loaned to Spartak Pleven to gain more playing time.
So far, Adelani has played three games for the Spartans (known as Spartaklii) and announced himself in style by scoring in his third game.
The early goal highlights the young striker’s growing confidence and attacking potential as he continues his development in Bulgarian football, with many now considering him one to watch at Spartak Pleven this season.
