Bello said this in a discussion about motherhood on her YouTube channel, Shaffy Bello TV, which was broadcast to a number of her fans on Sunday night.
According to the actress, the decision was taken even though her ex-husband wanted them to expand their family. She said her husband had begged her to have more children, but she had decided that she did not want to have many children.
Explaining the procedure, Bello said doctors operated through her navel, where her fallopian tubes are tied to prevent future pregnancies.
