Facebook is offering up to $3,000 every month to lure TikTok, YouTube content creators

Facebook is launching a new program, “Creator Fast Track,” offering up to $3,000 per month to content creators with established followings on rival platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

The initiative aims to help creators grow their presence on Facebook without starting from scratch, providing increased reach for Reels content and guaranteed three-month earnings. Creators with at least 100,000 followers can earn $1,000 each month, while creators with more than a million followers can receive the full $3,000.

The move is a continuation of Facebook’s monetization efforts, which will pay creators nearly $3 billion by 2025, which is a 35% year-over-year increase and the platform’s highest annual payout to date.

Participants in the new program will get immediate access to monetization tools without meeting the usual eligibility requirements, so they can continue earning after the three-month guarantee ends. Content creators can also repost existing content to qualify, rather than producing completely new material.

Facebook executives say the initiative addresses concerns about the difficulty of building an audience on the platform. Yair Livne, VP of Creator Products, stated that despite the three-month payout guarantee, the company will continue to increase reach to help creators build a stable audience.

The company also introduced new performance metrics—including “qualified views,” “earnings rate,” and “non-qualified views”—to help creators track and optimize their content revenue.
