Legend Internet confirmed that the merger will combine the operations of both companies under a unified corporate structure, allowing them to pool resources and enhance their service offerings across Nigeria.

“This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited and our esteemed shareholders and stakeholders of the proposed merger between Legend Internet Plc and Spectranet Limited,” said Company Secretary Erinma Onuoma, noting that the agreement follows a board and shareholder resolution passed in late 2025.
