The Chairman of the Rangers International Football Club (RIFC) Foundation, Coach Ebere Amaraizu, has extended hearty congratulations to Amb Kennedy Onwunali, the RIFC Foundation Ambassador for Community Impact in Imo State, on his appointment as Football Administrator for Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area by the Imo State Football Association.
