“We will keep the dream alive,” reflects the Kwara United Queens coach before the clash against Jagunmolu

Kwara United Queens head coach Felicia Anthony has reaffirmed her team’s determination to maintain their impressive run and clinch the title at the Kwara First Lady Pre-Season Championship.

This follows their resounding 4-1 win over FUOYE Dazzlers in the semi-final played at the KFA Golden Pitch, George Innih Stadium, Ilorin, on Thursday.

Speaking after the match, Anthony expressed his satisfaction with his team’s performance and praised their concentration, discipline and execution throughout the match.

“I want to thank Almighty God for this victory.

From the first day of competition my goal has been to reach the final,” he stated.

Despite the emphatic victory, the Kwara United Queens boss maintained respect for her final opponent, Jagunmolu Queens, noting that consistency, composure and clinical finishing have been key to her team’s success so far.

The victory keeps Kwara United Queens firmly on course for the coveted trophy as they prepare for Friday’s grand final.
Recognizing the pressure that comes with leading the team, Anthony expressed great confidence ahead of the decisive clash.

“I have a lot of confidence going into the final, by the grace of God,” he added.
He also asked fans to continue supporting the team, which aims to finish the competition on a high note.

The final is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm on Friday at the KFA Golden Pitch, George Innih Stadium, Ilorin.
