Leverkusen currently occupy the last Champions League qualification spot in the Bundesliga standings, maintaining their position only on goal difference.

“We can’t relax now,” Tella said.

According to the Nigerian international, every remaining match is crucial as the season approaches its decisive stage.

“We have to act,” he implied.

Tella specifically highlighted the importance of the upcoming matches against VfB Stuttgart and Hamburger SV, warning that any drop in intensity could prove costly.

“We can’t afford to underperform,” he said.

The striker stressed that maintaining concentration and consistency will be essential for Leverkusen to finish among the top positions.

“It’s all about concentration,” he added.

For Tella, the pressure of the Champions League race should motivate the team rather than create fear.

“These are the moments you play for,” he stressed.

He also emphasized the importance of collective effort as the club moves towards its goal.

“Everyone must contribute,” he said.

Leverkusen have remained competitive throughout the campaign, but the battle for European places remains tight heading into the final weeks.

For Tella, the message is clear.

Stay alert.

Stay hungry.

And finish strong.

Because the Champions League is won with consistency under pressure.
