Ramos becomes the new owner of Sevilla

Former Real Madrid captain Ramos has become the new owner of LaLiga side Sevilla.

This is according to European transfer expert and Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano (via Daily Sports) in his X on Tuesday.

The final details of the agreement will be revealed later, but it is already known that Ramos’s brother, René, supervised the entire process.

At this stage, the deal is practically closed and both sides are finalizing the last minor details before the official announcement.

Sevilla is Ramos’ childhood club, where he began his career in top-flight football back in 2002, rising through the youth ranks.

In 2005, Ramos left Sevilla for Real Madrid, but in 2024 he returned for a single season before leaving again as a free agent.
