RouterCall Communications has launched updated global communications services, including improved SIP trunking and integrated Microsoft Teams direct routing, in a move aimed at improving business connectivity and reducing operational costs.
The company said the development will enable multinationals, small and medium-sized businesses and other business organizations to obtain more reliable, flexible and cost-effective communications systems.
Speaking on the announcement, Chief Executive Officer, Akindele, said the new offerings reflect the changing nature of workplace communication and the need for seamless global interaction.
He said: “The way businesses communicate is fundamentally changing and we are at the forefront of this evolution. Our enhanced Global SIP Trunking service breaks down geographic barriers, giving businesses a truly borderless communications experience.
“Paired with our new Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, organizations can leverage existing collaboration platforms as fully functional enterprise-grade phone systems, increasing productivity and significant cost savings.”
The company revealed that its upgraded SIP trunking service offers uptime of up to 98% and allows businesses to establish a local presence in major Nigerian cities such as Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja, as well as international markets.
According to the company, the solution could reduce international call costs by up to 60% while maintaining high-quality voice connections.
RouterCall also introduced Microsoft Teams Direct Routing powered by AudioCodes Session Border Controllers, a solution designed to transform Microsoft Teams into a complete private branch exchange system.
The company said the integration will allow users to make and receive calls to external landline and mobile numbers globally from the Teams application, while consolidating voice, video and chat communication into a single platform.
It added that the service offers up to 99% reliability and is customized to support hybrid and remote working environments, thus improving productivity.
A senior ICT consultant at the company said the innovation is part of efforts to simplify communications technology for businesses.
“Our goal is to simplify and elevate business communications, making advanced technology accessible and reliable for every customer. With these innovations, we are creating pathways for businesses to connect and thrive in the digital economy,” he said.
RouterCall Communications noted that the new offerings complement its existing suite of services, including cloud PBX, contact call center solutions and PRI services.
The company, which has been in business for more than a decade, said it will remain committed to providing infrastructure that supports efficient, scalable and globally connected business operations.
