If elections were held ten times, Tinubu would still beat Obi, Atiku

Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has suggested that other presidential aspirants such as former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi are no match for President Bola Tinubu when it comes to elections in Nigeria.

According to him, even if elections were held several times, Tinubu would still defeat both of them.

Fayose spoke in an interview on EKTV against the backdrop of people calling for Tinubu’s resignation from office due to the increasing challenges of insecurity in the country.

According to Fayose, “Many people on social media are asking Tinubu to step down now, but I say you don’t need to fight because he still has one year left.

“Now all those who are agitating on social media have candidates they support, some are with Peter Obi, some are with Atiku; there is still someone you want to collect from Atiku and give.

“But let me explain, if elections are held 10 times, Tinubu will defeat them all.

“Someone who Buhari didn’t support, but he fought and became President, will now give up and let the opposition take power from him? Even me doing this little thing, will get it done.”
