The Yayi group salutes Adeola’s three-year management of the Senate and lists 53 projects to be commissioned

The Yayi Diaspora Movement (YDM) has commended Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola for what it described as “impactful representation” as he marked his three years in the National Assembly, disclosing that no fewer than 53 projects facilitated by the lawmaker will be pressed into service in Ogun State.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the group said the projects, spread across Ogun West, Ogun Central and Ogun East senatorial districts, include roads, ultra-modern markets, primary health centres, police stations, school classroom blocks and town halls.

According to the diaspora group, the development reflects the senator’s commitment to equitable distribution of infrastructure and democratic dividends across the state.

YDM coordinator Olusola Adisa-Adunbarin described the projects as a “remarkable achievement,” noting that the volume and spread of interventions underlined what she called hands-on leadership.

“The completion of another 53 crucial projects in three years is an extraordinary achievement that deserves praise. It is a demonstration of commitment and genuine concern for people’s well-being,” he said.

Adisa-Adunbarin added that Adeola’s performance has strengthened confidence among supporters, particularly in the diaspora, in his ability to deliver broader development if given greater responsibilities.

Likewise, the group’s global coordinator, Adekunle Adegoke, said the projects demonstrate that effective representation should be measured by tangible results rather than promises.

He noted that in addition to infrastructure, the senator has also implemented empowerment programs that have impacted thousands of residents across the three senatorial districts.

“The projects in the districts are proof that effective representation is about measurable results. Senator Adeola has demonstrated dedication to development and has set a standard for public office holders,” Adegoke said.

The group further said that the senator’s interventions in infrastructure and empowerment had earned him widespread support and trust among voters.

She added that preparations are underway for the commissioning of the projects in the coming days and congratulated the MP on his anniversary in office.

Adeola, who represents Ogun West senatorial district, has been in the Senate since 2023.
