This is to inform all prospective applicants that Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TSCNM) has officially released its Basic Midwifery and Community Midwifery Program admission form for the 2026/2027 academic session. The Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TSCNM) authority announced this news on its portal, requesting all prospective students to purchase the form as it is available on the school portal. However, interested candidates can also check the available courses and requirements on this site before purchasing the form.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TSCNM), Jalingo, Basic Midwifery and Community Midwifery Programs for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Admission Requirements for TSCNM Jalingo Midwifery Programs
For Basic midwifecandidates must have at least 5 credits in their O’level result – WAEC, NECO or NABTEB which must include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics and Chemistry which can be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Meanwhile, for the Community midwifeApplicants must be indigenes of Taraba State and must possess the following requirements before applying for (5) credits comprising (English Language and Biology) in their O’level result – WAEC, NECO or NABTEB which can be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Form sales have started.
The application form fee is only 8,300.00 (eight thousand three hundred naira).

- Visit the College website via: www.tarabascnm.edu.ng/portal/application
- Create an account on the college portal
- Use your username and password to log in
- Make application form payment via ATM CARD
- Complete the form carefully and submit it online
- PRINT YOUR PAYMENT SLIP (proof of payment), your application form and your acknowledgment of receipt. Please bring your printed payment slip and all other documents to the entrance exam for verification.
Note: Prospective candidates must come with their original documents for verification on the day of the aptitude test. Candidates must also come with their original documents and writing materials on the day of the aptitude test, please.
