Goals from Tosin Rafiu, Janet Akekoromowei and substitute Mary Mamudu secured the dominant victory for the Falconets.
Rafiu opened the scoring in the 7th minute when he ran onto a pass and fired a low shot with his left foot that went over the England goalkeeper.
With 10 minutes left in the first half, Falconets captain Christina Uzoma saved a brilliant penalty to keep the score at 1-0.
Three minutes into the second half, Akekoromowei doubled the lead, after hitting a left-footed shot into the back of the net after a poor clearance of a corner kick by the English defense.

Then, in the 72nd minute, Mamudu added the third, running into the box and slotting home a shot from Akekoromowei.
The Moses Aduku-led team will now face either Poland or Colombia in the quarterfinals on Sunday, September 20.
Poland and Colombia’s round of 16 clash will take place later today (Thursday).
