Dimehin confident of Super Falcons’ Paris 2024 Olympics qualification

Super Falcons and Stade Reims of France defender Tosin Dimehin has stated that the Nigeria women’s national team will not fail this time to qualify to the Women’s Football event of the Paris 2024 Olympics having missed three editions of the Olympics due to the team’s inability to qualify.

Dimehin gave the assurances in a chat with brila.net while evaluating the quality of the Super Falcons after the team’s participation at the just concluded FIFA women’s world cup in Australia and New Zealand. She added that the team’s display at the world cup is indicative of a Falcons team that wouldn’t fall short of qualification this time.

Nigeria will commence it qualification quest for the Women’s Football event of the Olympics with a double header against Ethiopia between 23rd and 31st October 2023 and will play through three rounds of qualifiers.
