Worse deal? Its not a huge company. Its a small bakery. 75 k is a big number for a small offer of 40 50 cents for u to come in with your network. You take 1dollar till they pay the loan. They dont have any dead line. 45 cents dont start till loan satisfied. By then, sales are climbing or not. Your good if it profits or not. You still will gain, before u fail. Its alot of somebody elses gamble. if ur idea just treads water, barely profits in his favor. Hes still got to stay, or give up his 45. And if its big and blows up your stuck with a skilled man. Win win i see, cause its a slow progress

For everyone saying this was a bad deal and Kevin crippled them, you should watch the update. He helped them build it into a multi million dollar business and they sold it. Those two ladies don't have to work for the rest of their lives. I'd say that's a good deal

What they need to do now is change buisness plan so that they don't bake cupcakes anymore but donuts or something else very similar. So that this scammer doesn't get anything and they get the money.
