La Liga: Sadiq In Action As Real Sociedad Overcome Mallorca

Super Eagles striker, Umar Sadiq was in action as Real Sociedad defeated Mallorca 2-1 in Sunday’s La Liga game.

The Nigerian international who was making his 22nd appearance, has netted two goals and bagged one assist in the ongoing league.

Sadiq was substituted in the 65th minute for Silva after an impressive display.

The host took the lead in the 4th minute through Antonio Sánchez’s fine finish before Takefusa Kubo leveled parity for Real Sociedad in the 38th minute.

All efforts for Mallorca to equalized proved abortive as Real Sociedad earn the maximum points.
