Alcaraz stuns Djokovic to retain Wimbledon title

Carlos Alcaraz emerged as the men’s singles champion at Wimbledon after defeating Novak Djokovic in a thrilling final on Sunday.

Djokovic was aiming for a record-equalling eighth Wimbledon title, but it was Alcaraz who prevailed on the day 6-2 6-2 7-6 (7-4).

Spanish star Alcaraz, who won the last edition of the tournament, has now claimed his fourth Grand Slam title at the age of 21.
