A blessed CEO triggers new health problems with strange body changes

Popular Nigerian influencer and relationship blogger, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has once again sparked reactions online after sharing a video revealing a noticeable change in her physical appearance.

The controversial social media personality became a trending topic after fans observed the color change on her hands in a recent clip posted online. The development quickly sparked concern and speculation among her followers, especially amid the ongoing controversy surrounding her alleged stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis.

A few months ago, the Blessing CEO claimed she was battling stage 4 breast cancer and reportedly shared medical reports as proof while asking for financial support from the public. The document was allegedly issued by Xinus Medical Diagnostics and signed by consultant pathologist, Dr OA Odigwe.

However, the medical facility later denied the authenticity of the report, and accused the influencer of providing fake medical documents. Xinus Medical Diagnostics stated that the original report belonged to Deborah Mbara and was issued in May 2025.

Responding to the controversy, Deborah Mbara, a makeup artist and cancer survivor, alleged in an Instagram video that the Blessing CEO had asked her to share her cancer report so she could compare it with other reports. His statement further increased public scrutiny around the influencer’s claims.

Despite backlash following the controversy, CEO Blessing’s latest video has reignited online discussion, with some social media users expressing sympathy for her visible body changes while others remain skeptical of her previous cancer narrative.
