Actress Eucharia Anunobi urges her partner to take responsibility for infidelity

Veteran Nollywood actress and evangelist Eucharia Anunobi has sparked conversations on social media after sharing her candid views on infidelity, insisting that infidelity in a relationship or marriage is a deliberate decision and not an accidental mistake.

In a post shared on her official Instagram page on Saturday, May 23, the actress challenged the common excuse often given by unfaithful partners who describe their actions as a “mistake” or momentary lapse in judgment. According to him, infidelity involves conscious choices made over time and cannot be considered something that happens accidentally.

Anunobi maintains that individuals involved in extramarital affairs are fully aware of their actions and responsibilities throughout the process. He emphasized that people should not suddenly forget their commitment to their partner when they decide to have intimate relations with other people.

The actress expressed her views with a blunt message, stating that cheating requires intention and awareness. He noted that those who engage in such acts should stop deceiving themselves into believing that their actions were unintentional, and stressed that every step leading to infidelity was a deliberate decision.

Apart from criticizing infidelity, Anunobi also highlighted the importance of accountability. She warns that anyone who knowingly chooses to betray their partner should be prepared to face the possible consequences, whether emotional, relational, or otherwise.
