The Nigerian female basketball senior team, d’Atigress, is already working for its next game in the ongoing female continental championship in Abidjan, Cote d’IVorire, according to the armor of the squad, Promise Amukamara.
Sports247 gathered that the coach of D’Tigress, Rena Wakama, quickly took her players to train the morning after they fought to defeat Mozambique 60-55 in her second game of the championship, since she considered that the performance is not good enough.

With a potentially slippery quarter accessory now over the corner on Thursday, Amukamara admitted that D’Art Tigress cannot afford another unstable exit, hence the zeal with which everyone returned to training.
With his eyes still firmly fixed on winning a fifth consecutive title of the African female basketball championship, the Frsnce player, who was born in New Jersey, USA.
The elegant star, which was the 16th selection of Phoenix Suns in the third round of the 2015 draft of the National Women’s Basketball Association of the United States (WNBA), also declared that D’Atigress will continue to improve with each aerial game.
“This is a good performance for us until now, but it is not the best of where we want to be. We still have space to improve and work towards the next game,” said Amukamara.
It would be remembered that D’Tigress, who has won the last four editions of Afrobasket and previously secured two in a row, to reach six in general, defeated Rwanda 92-45 in his first game in this year’s championship.
