The All Progressives Congress (APC) has accused the former Vice President of Atiku Abubakar and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) of growing insecure that continues to disturb Nigeria.
The position of the ruling party followed Atiku’s reaction to the terrorist attack last week in the Mongoro Wagga, the Regional Government of Madagali in the State of Adamawa.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the Secretary of the APC state publicity, Hon. Mohammed Abdullahi, described the statement of the former vice president as “magnificent and politicization of sadness.”
“Atiku and the PDP government that he had presented laid the foundation for the insecurity that we battered today. Strangely, Atiku, whose tragic failure to leadership contributed greatly to the unsafeful feeling at this time, now shamelessly using the monsters he helped to advance his evil plans and was crushed to disrupt the country,” the party.

APC further accused Atiku of failing to bring significant development to the state of Adamawa during the ruling period, ignoring his home city in Jada while prioritizing personal business ventures. The party also criticized him for what was described as silence during the peak of the Boko Haram attack on the Adamawa community, only for now, “he said,” Exploiting the challenges of security for political benefits. “
“Now peace is gradually returning under APC’s leadership, he suddenly found his voice, not to unite, but to be exploited,” the statement said.
APC convinced the Adamawa population about the government’s ongoing commitment to support military and security agents to restore eternal peace in a wider state and northeast. It also gave a condolence to the family affected by the Madagali attack and urged residents to remain vigilant while rejecting what he called “empty posture” Atiku.
