APGA cleared 155 candidates in Anambra

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has approved 155 candidates for the Anambra primaries.

This was stated by the APGA National Publicity Secretary, Dr. Ejimofor Opara, in his statement, Friday in Awka.

He said eight candidates qualified for the Senatorial election, 40 for the House of Representatives, and 107 for the Anambra State House of Assembly election.

The spokesperson added that all successful candidates whose names are on the list are expected to go to the party regional office in Awka on May 18 to collect their nomination forms.

According to him, sales of nomination forms will close on May 20.

He appealed to the candidates to complete the process within the stipulated time period.
