Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola who is professionally known as Naira Marley and his ally, Samson Balogun, popularly known as Sam Larry, have been granted bail.
They were granted bail on Monday after being detained for several weeks in connection to the death of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
The duo are to submit their international passports and must appear at the state Criminal Investigations Department of the police command every week pending the determination of the allegations against them.
Furthermore, the magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun issued a stern caution, stating unequivocally that any attempt to get in touch with her would be noted and might even be revealed during public court sessions.
