CAF CC: El-Kanemi Warriors’ clash against Dadje FC is rescheduled

Presidential Cup winners El-Kanemi Warriors have had to reschedule their CAF Confederation Cup match against Benin’s Dadje FC, according to reports.

Originally scheduled for Friday at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, the match will now take place on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the same venue.

The reasons for the change of date were not revealed.

The Club confirmed the new date in a post on social media: “Change of date! El-Kanemi Warriors will now play their CAF Confederation Cup home match against Dadjè FC on Saturday 17 August.”

The Borno-based club will take on NPFL champions, Enugu Rangers in their first match of the new season on Saturday, August 31.
