Brighton Women FC goalkeeper in England, Chiamaka Nonazie, is using his nomination for this year’s Yachin award at the Callon D’Or Roll 2025 as a position for all female netminders in Africa to work harder.
Sports247 informs that the Nigerian national team, the first option of the Super Falcons in the goal, is admiring the day of the award, on September 22 in Theater Du Chatlet in Paris, France, to know its destination against the other four nominees: Ann-Katrin Berger of Germany, Coll Cata of Spain, Hannah Hampton of England and Daphne von Domselaar of the Holland.

In their appointment in history, the former Rivers of Port Harcourt and the Paris FC of the France Shot-Stopper admitted that he was happy to be nominated for the award, but they added that it is a reminder for their family, friends and colleagues that the hard work pays.
“This nomination means a lot to me. It is a joy for me and my family. It shows that all hard work, consistency and all prayers have been working.
“Of course, I am very happy for this. It’s like a moral reinforcement, telling me to continue,” said the 24 -year -old Orlu native in the state of Imo.
Then he used the nomination of the prize as a point of contact to encourage herself and other ‘guardians in Africa, with the belief that better recommendations can come for them when he is less expected.
“Whatever doing, the world is seeing. It also shows that we have many good goalkeepers in Africa. Therefore, I want to take this opportunity to encourage each of us, all the goalkeepers of Africa, to continue working hard,
