Edo APC Youth League Slams Obaseki For Postponing School Resumption Indefinitely
The Edo APC Youth League has severely criticized Governor Godwin Obaseki for postponing the resumption of schools for what it claims are selfish reasons.
In a statement issued by the league’s Edo State coordinator, Jimoh Muhammed Rafiq, popularly known as Prince Raf, the governor was criticized for his decision to indefinitely postpone the reopening of schools.
Prince Raf described Governor Obaseki as selfish and evil for jeopardizing the education of students for his personal gain. The league believes the governor’s actions are motivated by self-interest rather than the welfare of children in the state.
The Edo APC Youth League is firm in its position that the postponement of school resumption is unjustifiable and will only further damage the education system in the state. The league is calling on Governor Obaseki to allow school to resume, saying it will not prevent the defeat of his party in Saturday’s gubernatorial election in the state.
